a DIETRY BLOG entry – dilettant´s kitchen sermon

to the people, who where always pissing me off. may it gain meaning for the people, who really need it.
for entertainment only, in a judical sense. not for children, people in construction and forth
Dr. Eric Berg introduced himself descending on Youtube, I mean able to guide you through the hell of your Ignorance. So I consciously endorse watching moderately.


When we look around we see a rampant dietry behaviour in different intensities.
At this point, me gives my two cents. Being on a dietry is not a fun topic, people even kill themselves over, or cash in big time, wahh ..but it is so easy.

I write this, because I want to make  it affordable for people of all walks of life, not only the privileged. A healthy lifestyle is desireable. Caring for oneself, should be affordable.
This is class war, so to speak.


Eat one time a day.
 
Or use the Heidi Klum Rule, respect. intermittent fasting.

I did the same successfully a decade ago together with low carb dietry. But by accident. Now it is a full fledged marketing spree by Klum and Consorts! We can´t let that happen.

In short, 16/8 hour rule: you eat between 8 hours, normal, but keep 16 hours foodless. Also called intermittent fasting.

And then, in that regard, progressing, you eat one time a day. But be aware of your sugar graphs. 
Dr. Berg. If you know none to nothing you need accompanying mental inputs how to also use food, regarding your biology.


One time a day means, you eat what you desire, even in quantitiy

…In the meantime, you snack!
This is getting expensive.

Habit

While you are eating, maybe you wanna eat the French Way. Means, raw and low caloriy food first („salad before soup“)

Till your sanctus, you might eat. So don t waste too much time contemplating on what you ate three minutes ago.   

That is basically all. Now I get Deeper. Because I know this is hard.

How to eat. Of course you have all sorts of problems. Not only about yourself. In this situation. So. how it is done. Is.  You eat what you like, and change slowly your dietry.
You have to eat what you like and this in a normal, non restricted fashion. But eat only in between those eight hours. You establish a routine. That is a problem. So you try this so often till you come near this clousel.

If you make it to this regular habit, you have half won. Your aim is to exert control, and with this you make your body used to this routine. You are a walking book, so the pages before are not erased.

Starting to think about your dietry and weight is an undertaking. Remember that recesses and also chemical releases, til you found your own diet and habitual routine are not to avoid.

The weight you feel comfortable, regardless of social norms, is programmed in your brain. So you work against a natural weight barrier, which was in the hands of god. now respectively in your own responsibility, humantiy hopes.

It is very difficult to change your dietry. It challenges you, and also your social environment. A support is recommended! The more support the easier! In any case you feel uneasy or unwell, consult a specialist. In any case if a specialist is available, consult a specialist.  

But. The dietry is no fun topic. A dietry can take a good amout of space to unfold. To change
From french fries to carrott sticks takes you, if you are a happy person, two years, if you are all on your own. It is a challenging time. To loose actual weight it takes a longer time. Decreasing of Kilos only after some time, but then they errade fast. So, don´t be impatient.

Actually, you will be able to exert some control over this basic need of ähem ...hunger after this, therefore though, it becomes also a lifelong materia. Be aware, how much thought you want to put into, and how healthy actually is it.  

You don´t get hungy if you don´t eat for 24 hours. There is a good method of reducing weight. That is relaxing sexual activitiy while trying to reduce weight. Not for all really available.

EAT - Now you think about the dietry. And you implement water, if you haven´t done so far.

How do you buy food? For the ones, who know nothing.

Foodware is in a very broad pricerange, therefore can become unecessarily expensive. So,
buy yourself the basics even in a cheap manner;

Soup, salt pepper; Noodles, rice, lenses, beans all that; Oils, Vinegar; Flour; Sugar;
Soya Sauce; onions, garlic; and then milk, eggs some time and vegeteblas and
salad (I am vegetarian, add your shit.)

When you get the routine, you can buy in very consciously. Start adding things like
Ginger, nuts and fresh herbs.; Without investing too much money.  This is cheap
householding. You  have stuff at home, and buy only the minor things.

Specified

The USA has this super mixer, very expensive that I also recommend to keep your
kitchen cheap and liquid. I work with a normal mixer that is 97% cheaper., though.
You make Soups and vegetable sauces with it.

·         Start: Onions, oil, heat it soft, add lots of a dried herb that should dominate, let it fat,
·         enter vegetable keep fatting,
·         then pour water on it, soupwürfel, salt, cook it,
o        end: mix it.

Oriental Orange Soup: Onions – Herbs/Suppenwürfel – Vegetable
Same.
Start: Onions, Oil, I think I added Cumin, Koriander, curcuma, lil dried ginger, lil pepper, Cinnamon,
 fat it, then carrots, two small potatos, red lenses, fat it, then pour and cook water,
with soupwürfel und salt, smaller heat, say fifteen minutes, end: mixing.




The use  of quantities of herbs, best in fresh manner also, bring you kickbacks in taste and
healthwise. Not cheap. Sharp herbs burn probably more calories, pepper. Others have high
calories. Add nuts, although expensive, important on the long haul.

So, ie from this soup I wrote above you can eat as much as you like. Or you add meat or fried
stuff, rice. Change wheatflour to lentilflour, ie noodles. More expensive. Eat tons of buckwheat.

You can make beansoup, but buy the real beans. It is utter important to use those dried
stuff. You put most of them into water for 12h (over night) and use them the next day. Pour
water from beans away and use fresh water, it is toxic. That is all. Peas are also available,
lenses and beans, kichererbsen. Soak it. Then cook it. Taste is different, I told you.

Basically you implement vegetables, also possible in liquid forms, to increase the quantity of
the intake. Eat the ones you like, not the ones you despise.

If you are still not losing, you can start abandon bread, cheese and sugar. Again, this is a traumatic event. Be aware, that you get off an addiction and you will be miserable to yourself and loved ones. So spend more money on your loved ones, than on bread. You kill two birds at once. This is important for the progressing. We are in the age of digitalism.

Leave in the fat! Very important also to eat fat, even meat and sorts to recreate new cells

Insulin problems are very common, and makes you eating without stopping. Healthy fat helps. But for healthreasons you need to check out Dr. Bergs channel. This I lay on your heart, so that you are not leading your machine astray. 


Eat lots of salad. Increase salad intake in forms that you like. Use vinegar in this respect. It is a burner.

The feeling being hungry can be mistaken for the need to drink something.

DRINK - How to liquid – not unimportant

I base my theory of the human being on the fact on containing over at least 60% of water.
I recommend all sorts of resh leave tea, where you can even then mix your own „chai“. So, how to maintain weight is basically also dependant, on your drinking, in my two cents.

The fruit intake over smoothies, together with herbs bring you a lot of friendly energy. A professional machine ist the only one that can mince green plants, that is way I buy it, since I don´t own this us mixing machine. In that respect, please enjoy yourself with vegetable drinks too. I believe in sauerkrautjuice, oder beet. But there are lots more. Sellery is a food, containing a lot of water, also cucumber; but also giving a negative calory use, because it burns more than it produces.

Other, rosemary tea in the morning was a warming experience. Petersilie, Thyme asf. Fresh herb tea – shots more or less, are also my favourites. Of course I also drink flowers, like Rose, Lavendar.. totally popular with me.

This are conscious additives to your personal dietry. Ginger is known for burning fat. Apple Vinegar, famous.. There are multiple receipts for those morning drinks. Ginger tea, add a big amount of lemonade to it.

I gained weight by eating too much fruits. Alcohol has a lot of sugar and brings weight.

I also use now Soyamilk and consorts. Just to save lambs. But not so affordable overall and decreases spermproduction.

Linseedoil is a good substitut if you don´t eat any sorts of fish. Black cuminoil is helpful for digestation. Sesame oil is also very rich. Not all oils are recommend to heat.


Further notes

I do not think being a vegetarian before the age of 25 years is recommandable.  Only, if you can afford it.

Avoiding eating before bed. Not only because it is not only said to be healthier, but also because I think, it shapes the body better, healthier.

It is though also a luxury not to have to spend much time on food. Nowadays we are living in a bathtub situation. Food is fixed everywhere. You don t have to do much about it, but  …give your two cents. Since I am also talking about two Cents, I remind you, that after your habitual change, you might have more brainmatter left, to think higher and reflect your consumer habits! In Capitalism the only might sworn, is the might of the consumer, we know since naomi klein! Buy reasonable; in region, season and quantity. Don´t think about dietry, contemplate on your consumer habits, instead.

You guessed it, I eat my desired meal only once a week if even. Desk Worker.

Better to be too lazy to eat.

How often to observe the weight. Should get a feeling for it yourself. But the first three months, refrain from it, except you think you gain weight.  

Brings me to that sports matter.

By the way, Yoga is for the retired. No, doing Yoga all the day long, or in between is actually natural. Extend yourself.

Oke, I tell you that sports thing. Don´t do sports, before you do not have lost some of your once bodymass, or how you call it. It is a pain. Maybe swimming only, next to yoga.

  • The only thing I really recommend, is a jump rope. But you will cry.
However this is very effective. You can even elevate to an exercising jogger.
I also like a trampoline, good for your balance and older people.

  • planks, in various forms, and klimmzüge, so that you are able to hold your own weight, at some point. Also it is very healthy and aces your shape.  

Yoga, after the jump rope or swimming is good for your fitness. Otherwise you should stop doing sports if you not chain it to some yoga stances. Keeps important elasticity.

Generally, sports can bring you more bodymass. Sport is only effective here, when you surely going to lose weight. Otherwise you add a factor to your routine you cannot exert control over so much either. Go shopping instead. By foot.

So, Sports is only for the progressing.

Sport is also a medical matter itself, like dietry.

Sport is something you should entertain regulalry, that is why I distance myself from it. If you Stop doing sports, you might fall like Newtons Apple.

So implement daily Kung-fu, going regulaly for a walk into a place of nature, is advisable. Riding a bycycle, go swimming.

In all I recommend first to sport on duration and condition.

Muscleing up is good for shaping.

When you lost weight to the lighter region, Sport becomes easier, even much. Then you can start sporting. Because your can more easily carry your weight.

Your body is a sensible system. Take care of it and yourself, don´t overestimate yourselves.  
    
Further further notes

Basically you start to eat less and more conscious, but exert more control. Less eating means control over your consume. Now, we are in the global covid-19 crisis. Time to think about dietry, consumerism, and how to organize it.

When you get older your physical system needs less food. Makes it harder to loose weight. The problem is, you need less food, but the same amount of vitamins and minerals etc.

Basically you have to check your finances, before starting.

you need a kitchen. Or a hoard of money.

They own the eating and the eateries. Think about how much you can change economically and environmentally, just by this eating habit.

Everyone grows up, but not everyone learns how to meet with hunger and food nowadays. Because of consumerism.

Better to be healthy than to have less kilos, on the long run.

Better to have a good spirit, than to look like a doll, on the long run.

It takes really your whole life to eat. It can be uncomfortable.

Men overall don´t care so much about weight. It is just easier to do sports. As I explained.

Real beauty comes from within. Beauty is mortal, we know from baroque aera.

It takes a long time, but this way, you can try make it.
